The Museum houses both a permanent art collection and historical exhibits. Annual exhibitions that run for one month feature works from area schools, local arts organizations, and photographers, as well as folk art and solo shows by regional and local artists. While the Museum’s main focus is on local and regional artists, the Fowler Memorial Collection does include examples of European Impressionism as well as contemporary art. This collection also features whimsical assemblages, sculptures, antique china, and crystal. The historical collection features artifacts from the area.
