You will need for 1 glass:

1 egg white 5 drops grenadine

4-5 Ice cubes 3 parts gin

juice 1 fresh lime

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the lime juice, the grenadine, egg white and gin over the ice.

3 Shake until frost forms, strain and pour into a sour glass.

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon sugar or

1 part pineapple juice sugar syrup

1 part fresh grapefruit 3 parts gin juice (or canned, 1 maraschino cherry unsweetened) (optional)

1 Pour the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the fruit juices, sugar and gin over the ice.

3 Shake until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a sour glass, drop in the cherry and serve.
