You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part fresh or

1 part dry French unsweetened canned

vermouth orange juice

1 part sweet Italian 3 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the vermouths, orange juice and gin over the ice.

3 Shake vigorously, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

4-5 Ice cubes part grenadine

juice 1 fresh lemon 1 part sweet Italian

juice 1 fresh orange (or vermouth

4 tablespoons canned 3 parts gin unsweetened juice)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

2 Pour the fruit juices, grenadine, vermouth and gin over the ice.

3 Shake vigorously, until a frost forms.

4 Strain and pour into a sour glass.
