You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part Curasao

1 part Dubonnet 2 parts gin

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the Dubonnet, Curasao and gin over the ice.

3 Stir evenly, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

San Martin Cocktail Recipe

You will need for 1 glass: 4-5 Ice cubes

1 part sweet Italian

2 drops Angostura vermouth bitters

2 parts gin

3 drops Pernod

1 part dry French vermouth

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Put the Angostura bitters over the ice.

3 Add the Pernod, the vermouths and gin.

4 Stir vigorously, without splashing, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
