You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part dry French

1 part fresh grapefruit vermouth juice (or canned, 3 parts gin

unsweetened)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the grapefruit juice, vermouth and gin over the ice.

3 Stir gently, strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

You will need for 1 glass:

3-4 Ice cubes 2 parts gin

1 part Amer Picon J teaspoon grenadine

1 part sweet Italian 1 slice fresh orange

vermouth

1 Put the Ice cubes into a lowball glass.

2 Pour in the Amer Picon, vermouth and gin.

3 Add the grenadine and stir gently.

4 Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.
